Welcome to UNFLTR.IN . By accessing or using our website, browsing our products, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

 

1.1 Account Creation

To place an order or access certain features on UNFLTR.IN, you may be required to create an account. By creating an account, you agree to:

•        Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

•        Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate

•        Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party

•        Notify us immediately at info@unfltr.in if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account

•        Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

 

1.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and make purchases on UNFLTR.IN. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you may only use the website with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

 

1.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused our platform in any way. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@unfltr.in.

 

2.1 Pricing

All prices displayed on UNFLTR.IN are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order.

 

2.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

•        UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and others)

•        Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)

•        Net Banking

•        EMI options (where available via payment gateway)

•        Cash on Delivery (COD) — available on select pin codes

2.3 Payment Security

All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers. By providing your payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable amount for your order.

 

2.4 Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined or fails for any reason, your order will not be confirmed. You may retry the payment or contact your bank. For any amount debited but the order not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.

 

2.5 Pricing Errors

In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, even after an order confirmation has been sent. We will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or the option to reorder at the correct price.

 

3.1 Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, sizes, and specifications on UNFLTR.IN are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our website are entirely error-free, complete, or current.

 

3.2 Colour and Appearance

Product colours may appear slightly different on your screen depending on your device display settings. We are not responsible for minor variations in colour between the product image and the actual product received.

 

3.3 Size and Fit

We provide a size guide on our product pages. We strongly recommend consulting the size guide before placing your order. Sizes may vary slightly between products. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Size-related issues do not automatically qualify for a return unless the product received is materially different from what was described.

 

3.4 Stock Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. If a product you ordered is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a full refund or an alternative product.

 

4.1 Order Confirmation

Placing an order on UNFLTR.IN constitutes an offer to purchase a product. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

 

4.2 Grounds for Order Cancellation

We may cancel or refuse an order in the following circumstances:

•        The product is out of stock or discontinued

•        A pricing or product description error has been identified

•        We are unable to verify your payment or delivery information

•        The order appears to be fraudulent or violates our policies

•        Delivery is not available to your location

 

4.3 Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at info@unfltr.in, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted and the standard return process must be followed.

 

5.1 Shipping Coverage

We ship across India to most serviceable pin codes. Availability of delivery to your location will be confirmed at checkout. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

 

5.2 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value, which will be communicated on our website.

 

5.3 Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

•        1. Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 7–8 business days or earlier

•        1. Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 7–8 business days or earlier

•        1. Remote or rural areas: 7–8 business days or earlier

 

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, natural disasters, public holidays, or government restrictions.

 

5.4 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order on the courier partner's website.

 

5.5 Delivery Responsibility

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the address provided. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before confirming your order.

 

5.6 Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to the recipient being unavailable, the courier will attempt redelivery or hold the package at a nearby facility. If the package is returned to us after 7 failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

 

6.1 Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

•        The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

•        All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact

•        The product must not be a sale, discounted, or clearance item (final sale items are non-returnable)

•        Customised or personalised products are not eligible for return

 

6.2 Valid Reasons for Return

Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

•        Wrong product received (different from what was ordered)

•        Defective or damaged product received

•        Product significantly different from the description on the website

 

Note: Size exchange requests are subject to stock availability and may be treated as a new order.

 

6.3 How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within the return window at info@unfltr.in with:

•        Your order number

•        A brief description of the reason for return

•        Clear photographs of the product showing the issue (required for defective/damaged claims)

 

Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide return instructions if your request is approved.

 

6.4 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

•        UPI / Net Banking / Card payments: Refunded to the original source within 5-7 business days

•        Cash on Delivery orders: Refunded via bank transfer or UPI to details provided by you

 

6.5 Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

•        Shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error)

•        Products returned outside the return window

•        Products that show signs of use, washing, or damage not caused by us

•        Sale or final sale items

 

By using UNFLTR.IN, you agree not to:

•        Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Indian law or regulation

•        Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or databases

•        Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code through our website

•        Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the normal functioning of the website

•        Scrape, crawl, or extract data from our website without prior written permission

•        Use our website to send unsolicited communications (spam) to other users

•        Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

•        Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, or hateful

•        Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our platform

•        Purchase products for the purpose of resale without our prior written consent

 

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate termination of your account and, where applicable, legal action.

 

All content on UNFLTR.IN, including but not limited to logos, brand name, product designs, graphics, text, photographs, and website code, is the exclusive intellectual property of UNFLTR and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

 

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from our website without our express written permission. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UNFLTR shall not be liable for:

•        Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products

•        Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities

•        Damages resulting from delays in delivery caused by logistics partners, natural events, or government actions

•        Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain password security

•        Errors or interruptions in website availability or functionality

 

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

 

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

 

Our website and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding:

•        The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on our website

•        The uninterrupted or error-free operation of our website

•        The fitness of our products for any particular purpose beyond what is described

 

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our website or services at any time without prior notice.

 

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to:

•        The Indian Contract Act, 1872

•        The Consumer Protection Act, 2019

•        The Information Technology Act, 2000

•        The Sale of Goods Act, 1930

•        All other applicable central and state laws of India

 

11.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India. By using our website, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

 

11.3 Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. If you have an unresolved complaint, you may approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in your jurisdiction.

 

11.4 Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first at info@unfltr.in to resolve any dispute amicably. We will make every reasonable effort to address your concern within 7 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may pursue legal remedies as permitted under applicable Indian law.
