How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 72 hours of your order. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.

Do you ship across India?

Yes — we deliver to 180+ cities across India. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm availability.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS/email. You can also check your order status in your account.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with tags intact. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes! Size exchanges are available subject to stock. Reach out to us at info@unfltr.in and we'll sort it out.

How do I find my size?

Each product page has a Size Chart button near the size selector — click it to see chest and length measurements for all sizes. When in doubt, size up for a more relaxed fit.

Do your tees run true to size?

Our Classic Fit tees run true to size. Oversize tees are intentionally roomy — check the size chart for exact measurements.

What fabric do your tees use?

Our statement tees are made from 100% premium cotton (180 GSM) for all-day comfort. Our oversize tees use a heavier weight for that structured, editorial look.

Is the logo on the Polo embroidered or printed?

Embroidered — always. It's a premium finish that holds up wash after wash, exactly as it should.
