1. Return Eligibility
We want you to love what you wear. If your order does not meet your expectations for a valid reason, we are happy to process a return. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
1.1 Eligible Conditions (All must apply)
✓ The return request is raised within 7 days of the delivery date
✓ The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed
✓ All original tags are attached and packaging is intact
✓ The product is in the same condition as when it was delivered
✓ Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided
1.2 Valid Reasons for Return
✓ You received the wrong product (wrong design, wrong colour, wrong size)
✓ The product arrived damaged or defective
✓ The product is significantly different from what was shown on the website
Note: We carefully inspect all products before dispatch. Returns due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse may be considered at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
2. Return Timeframe
All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date as recorded by our logistics partner. Requests raised after this window will not be eligible for a return or refund, except in cases where a defect or damage was not visible at the time of delivery.
We recommend inspecting your order thoroughly upon delivery. If you notice any damage or discrepancy, please photograph it and contact us at info@unfltr.in within 48 hours of delivery for the fastest resolution.
Tip: Check your order confirmation email for your delivery date. Your 7 return window begins from this date.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Returning your order is simple. Follow these steps:
Step 1 — Contact Us Email us at info@unfltr.in with the subject line: "Return Request — Order #[YOUR ORDER NUMBER]"
Step 2 — Share Details Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product (required for damaged or defective claims)
Step 3 — Await Approval Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and send you return approval with instructions
Step 4 — Ship the Product Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided in your return approval email
Step 5 — Receive Refund or Exchange Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed
4. Refund Process & Timing
4.1 Refund Initiation
Once we receive your returned product, our quality team will inspect it within 2 business days. You will receive an email notification confirming whether your return has been approved or rejected after inspection.

Note: Refund timelines are from the date of return approval. Actual credit to your account depends on your bank's processing time and may take an additional 2-3 business days.
4.3 Refund Method
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not issue refunds in cash or via alternative payment methods unless the original method is no longer valid.
5. Exchange Options
We offer size exchanges and design exchanges on eligible products, subject to stock availability.
5.1 Size Exchange
If you ordered the wrong size, we will do our best to exchange it for the correct size at no extra charge, provided:
✓ The exchange request is raised within 7 days of delivery
✓ The product is in original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags intact
✓ The size you need is available in stock
If the size you need is not in stock, we will offer a full refund instead.
5.2 Design Exchange
We understand that sometimes you change your mind about a design. Design exchanges are considered on a goodwill basis, subject to:
✓ Product being in original unused condition
✓ Return shipping costs being borne by the customer
✓ The alternate design being of equal or lesser value (no top-up for higher priced items)
5.3 How to Request an Exchange
Email us at info@unfltr.in with subject: "Exchange Request — Order #[YOUR ORDER NUMBER]" and mention your preferred size or design. Our team will confirm availability and guide you through the process.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
We take quality seriously. Every order is inspected before dispatch. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we sincerely apologise and will resolve it immediately.
6.1 What Qualifies as Defective
✓ Fabric defects (holes, tears, fraying not caused by use)
✓ Print defects (faded, cracked, peeling, or misaligned print)
✓ Manufacturing defects (wrong stitching, incorrect sizing on label)
✓ Product damaged during transit (dents, tears in packaging causing product damage)
6.2 Our Resolution for Defective Products
For all verified defective or damaged products, you will receive one of the following — your choice:
✓ Full refund to your original payment method
✓ Free replacement of the same product (subject to stock availability)
✓ Store credit of equivalent value for future use
We will also bear all return shipping costs for defective or damaged products. You will not be charged anything for our error.
6.3 How to Report a Defective Product
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@unfltr.in with:
• Your order number
• A clear description of the defect
• 2-3 photographs clearly showing the defect
Tip: Photograph the product in good lighting as soon as you notice the defect. This helps us resolve your case faster.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances, except where they arrive defective or damaged:
✕ Sale items, clearance products, or items purchased with a discount code marked as final sale
✕ Customised or personalised products (name prints, custom text, custom designs)
✕ Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way
✕ Products with removed tags or missing original packaging
✕ Products returned outside the 7 return window
✕ Gift cards or store credits
✕ Free gifts or promotional items received with an order
Exception: If any of the above items arrive defective or damaged, please contact us at info@unfltr.in within 48 hours. We will review each case individually and do our best to make it right.

For customer-paid returns, we recommend using a trackable courier service. UNFLTR is not responsible for products lost or damaged in return transit if sent without tracking.
