We pack every UNFLTR order with care and dispatch it as fast as possible. This policy tells you exactly what to expect — from the moment you place your order to the moment it lands at your door.

1. Order Processing Time
After your payment is successfully confirmed, your order enters our processing queue. Processing includes quality checking, packing, and handing over to our courier partner.
1.1 Processing Timeframes
• Standard orders: 1–2 business days
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays: Processing begins the next business day

Note: Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding national public holidays. During sale events or festive seasons (Diwali, Holi, etc.), processing may take 1-2 additional business days due to high order volumes. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.
1.2 Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email at your registered email address. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive it within 30 minutes of placing your order.
If you notice any errors in your order (wrong size, wrong address), please contact us immediately at info@unfltr.in. We can make changes only before your order is dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods Available
We currently ship all orders within India using trusted courier and logistics partners. The shipping method applied to your order will be determined at checkout based on your location and order value.
2.1 Standard Shipping
Available for all pin codes we service across India. This is our default shipping method and is applied to all eligible orders.
• Delivered by our courier partners (Shiprocket, Delhivery, BlueDart, India Post, or similar)
• Tracking number provided via email and SMS after dispatch
• Delivery attempted Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)
Express shipping may be available for select pin codes at an additional charge. If express shipping is available for your location, it will appear as an option at checkout.
• Delivery within 7–8 business days of dispatch
• Additional charge of ₹[EXPRESS SHIPPING COST] applies
• Not available for all pin codes — availability shown at checkout
2.3 Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery for orders shipped to select pin codes across India.
• COD availability will be confirmed at checkout based on your pin code
• A nominal COD handling fee of ₹[COD FEE] is applicable on COD orders
• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept and pay for the order
• Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for your account
Tip: Paying online is faster and helps us process your order more quickly. Online payments also make the refund process smoother if ever needed.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch (not the date of order placement). Please account for order processing time in addition to the delivery estimates below.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective product).
5. Order Tracking
5.1 How to Track Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via:
• Email — containing your AWB (tracking) number and a direct tracking link
• SMS — sent to your registered mobile number with tracking details
You can track your order using the tracking number on:
• The courier partner's website directly
• Your UNFLTR order page (if you have a registered account)
• The tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email
5.2 When Will I Receive My Tracking Number?
Your tracking number is generated when your order is picked up by our courier partner. This typically happens within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. If you have not received tracking details within 7–8 business days of your order, please contact us at info@unfltr.in.
5.3 Tracking Not Updating
It is common for tracking information to take 24-48 hours to update after dispatch, especially over weekends. If your tracking has not updated for more than 3 business days, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
6. Delivery Issues & Delays
6.1 Delayed Delivery
If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, we recommend:
• Checking your tracking link for the latest status update
• Checking if a delivery attempt was made and a delivery notification was left
• Contacting us at info@unfltr.in if the tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days
We will liaise with our courier partner and provide you with an update within 7–8 business days of your complaint.
6.2 Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If a delivery attempt fails:
• The courier will leave a delivery notification or contact you via phone
• The package may be held at the nearest courier facility for up to 7–8 business days
• If uncollected or undelivered, the package will be returned to us
If your package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you at your registered email or phone. You may choose to have it reshipped (additional shipping charges may apply) or receive a refund for the product cost (shipping charges are non-refundable).
6.3 Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. UNFLTR is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at info@unfltr.in — we can update it only before dispatch.
6.4 Lost in Transit
In the rare event that your order is confirmed lost by the courier partner, we will:
✓ Initiate an investigation with the courier (takes up to 7–8 business days)
✓ Offer a full replacement order or complete refund once the loss is confirmed
✓ Bear all costs — you will not be charged anything for a lost order
Please note: We are unable to claim a lost shipment until 7–8 business days have passed beyond the expected delivery date, as some packages are delayed rather than lost.
6.5 Delays Beyond Our Control
Certain delays may be caused by factors outside our control, including:
• Natural disasters, floods, or extreme weather conditions
• Government-imposed lockdowns, strikes, or curfews
• Public holidays or festive season backlogs at courier hubs
• Customs holds or regulatory inspections (rare for domestic shipments)
We will keep you informed of any significant delays via email. In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
7. Shipping Restrictions & Pin Code Availability
We ship to most serviceable pin codes across India. However, some remote locations may not be serviceable by our courier partners. Delivery availability for your pin code will be confirmed at checkout.
Currently, we are unable to ship to:
• Certain remote pin codes not serviced by our logistics partners
• P.O. Box addresses
• Army / Military postal addresses (APO/FPO) — availability varies
If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout. You may provide an alternative delivery address in such cases.
8. International Shipping
International shipping is not available at this time. We currently ship only within India. We are working on expanding our reach to Indian diaspora worldwide. Stay tuned — follow us on Instagram @unfltr.in for announcements.
